Bedrijf wordt gerund door 3 grootse chefs, die vele evenementen in Roemenie maar, middels hun joint venture met een internationaal en in Italie gevestigd bedrijf, ook in het buitenland  hebben georganiseerd.

Deze stage is een uitdaging voor eenieder die van internationale evenementen houdt.

De stage is hoofdzakelijk operationeel en gebaseerd op je opleiding. Het enigzins kunnen koken wordt natuurlijk verwacht. Andere mogelijkheden zijn er ook maar dienen eerst voorgelegd worden.

De kans bestaat dus dat je diverse landen kan gaan bezoeken tijdens je stageperiode. Hoe internationaal kan het zijn.

Kwart stagiairs haalt koffie. Gelukkig regelt Sterrenstages beter.

Over het algemeen zijn studenten tevreden over hun stage. Dat blijkt uit de Nationale Stagemonitor 2012 waarbij ruim duizend studenten zijn ondervraagd. Toch gaf een kwart van de stagebegeleiders aan dat studenten op hun stage klussen onder niveau kregen. Zo werden studenten ingezet voor het halen van koffie. 

De stagiairs kregen ook te maken met machtsmisbruik, vervelende opmerkingen of werden genegeerd.  Studenten zelf zijn wel te spreken over hun stage. Gemiddeld geven studenten een 7,2 voor de begeleiding van het bedrijf waar ze stage liepen. Over de stagebegeleiding door de opleiding zijn studenten minder tevreden. De hulp die studenten bij de zoektocht naar een geschikte stageplek kregen werd beoordeeld met een 5,8.

Vrijwel alle studenten noemen de stage enorm belangrijk voor hun ontwikkeling. Bijna de helft van de voor het onderzoek ondervraagde stagiaires kreeg na afloop een baan aangeboden bij het bedrijf waar ze stage hadden gelopen.

Studenten vinden de stagevergoeding te laag, maar helaas valt hier er nauwelijks over te onderhandelen. De gemiddelde stagevergoeding ligt tussen de 200 en 400 euro.(bron=SUM)
