You will be in charge of:

• Receiving & handling requests
• Make the offers & contracts
• Open post master
• Enter the rooming list
• follow up
• Prepare cancellation fees
• Enter the Groups Offer Reports
• Invoices
• Be in contact with the clients

Starting: 24 of May 2012

Onze wensen:

• EU citizenship only (except Bulgaria and Romania)
• Applicant should be a student and should be able to provide the hotel with a placement convention (placement contract)
• Minimum 4 months
• Languages: English + Other
• Flexible
