Internship description:

Your mission will be assisting the sales team in achieving the following tasks:

• Provide administrative and business service organization with the assistance of trade ;
• Respond to ad hoc assignments in collaboration with the Commercial Director ;
• Support daily business ;
• Active participation in the administrative life of service ( phone , update databases ...)
• Preparation of materials for commercial (sales kits , welcome letters , brochures, fact sheets ...)
• Sending brochures and information materials
• Assistance and Familiarization Trips preparation and sales visits ;
• Trade Missions variables as required and the period ( Excel spreadsheets , Benchmarking research , work on the Plan of Actions Commercial ... )
• Participate in publishing, verification and organization hosting monthly productivity statistics in collaboration with business and the head of the mission.

Stage duur van minimaal 4 maanden. Bij voorkeur langer.
