Jouw stageplaats: 

Dit betreft een deels operationele stage maar ook met management taken om het niveau, taal en hospitality vast te houden en uit te breiden binnen het team van hardwerkende lokale medewerkers binnen dit luxe complex.

De stage is voor minimaal 5 maanden maar de voorkeur gaat uit naar 6 maanden.

Periodes zijn juni en december van elk jaar

Sundio Group is sinds oktober 2007 de nieuwe overkoepelende naam voor de merknamen Sunweb Vakanties, Sudtours Vliegvakanties, Jiba, Marysol, GOGO, Husk Studentenreizen, X-travel, TraXs, Eliza was here, Camelot, Vaya, Bella Vakanza en het Belgische Skikot en Odyssee.

Van oorsprong zijn we een zogenaamde direct-seller, waarbij onze reizen rechtstreeks via het internet of telefonisch aan onze klanten worden verkocht vanuit onze vijf vestigingen in Nederland, België, Duitsland, Frankrijk en Spanje.

Inmiddels zijn wij ook actief in de retailbranche en verkopen we een gedeelte van onze reizen (Sudtours Vliegvakanties, Marysol en TraXs) via aangesloten reisbureaus.

Jouw stageplaats in de Front Office:

Jouw taken tijdens je stage. Deze kunnen aangepast worden tijdens je stage:

• Read the news book of the reception and track written notes when needed.
• Dealing with our guests especially when handling a complaint, consider the service standards established and delivered by the Company.
• Check if they have enough material to work without any problem affecting the operation of the department.
• Check list of arrival and departure time and proceed with check-ins and check-outs.
• Group check-ins.
• Check list of departures, stay-over’s and late check outs.
• Prepare pre check-in, making sure to put: keys, towel cards, safe locks, hotel information, whatever else it delivered to the guest upon arrival according to the type of package you purchased.
• Give information about the property, the services we offer and the locality of the country.
• Meet customer requirements and monitor the program of second effort.
• Make report of discrepancy.
• Make changes rooms.
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Send a comptroller of a well organized all documents generated during their shift and are required to audit.
• In coordination with the Bell boys, send messages to guests and administrative offices.
• Perform teller work:
• Apply rates and charges incidental charge per stay
• Staying well informed about % occupancy, guests at home, arrivals, departures, day and night activities, restaurants, services and special events.
• Promoting sale of upgrades and specialty restaurants.
• Comply with the verification of vouchers, tonnage of bracelets, security locks, safety, production and post-shift currency Administration.
• Data Collection Track Customers and Loyalty Club H10. Reload attachments.
• Report in the news blog informing colleagues and deliver turn.
• Implement service standards implemented in the Company (Personal Presentation, Etiquette Telephone, Attitude and Customer Service, details of times of the different centres of consumption and entertainment, etc.).

Vrijwilligers voor op en of rond 5 mei op Bevrijdingspop Haarlem

Bedrijfsprofiel:

Bevrijdingspop Haarlem, dat dit jaar zijn 32e editie beleeft, maakt vandaag een groot deel van de artiesten bekend die op 5 mei op het podium staan. Wederom zijn het namen uit binnen- en buitenland; gevestigd en opkomend. Bands en acts die in Haarlem zullen optreden, zijn o.a. Ben Howard, Spinvis, Echo and the Bunnymen en De Jeugd van Tegenwoordig.

Andere namen die deel uitmaken van de programmering zijn Case Mayfield, Bombay Show Pig, ED, Rebel Soul Collective, Eefje de Visser, Bart B More en Sef en Gers Pardoel. Natuurlijk ontbreekt ook dit jaar de winnaar van de Rob Acda Awards niet, die traditiegetrouw op 5 mei het Houtpodium mag openen. Deze naam wordt 30 maart tijdens de finale bekend.

Eerder maakte Bevrijdingspop al bekend dat Nick & Simon per helikopter het festival aandoen, en om 5 voor 5 heel Nederland meenemen in een live-wave voor vrijheid.

Locatie en tijden
Bevrijdingspop 2012 vindt zoals ieder jaar plaats op 5 mei. Op het Vlooienveld (Haarlemmer Hout) komt het Hout Podium te staan met een gevarieerde
programmering van 12.00 tot 24.00 uur.

In het Frederikspark komt het Jupiler Podium te staan. Op dit podium zullen optredens plaatsvinden van 12.00 tot 23.00 uur.

Het Florapark wordt net als voorgaande jaren van 12.00 tot 19.30 uur gebruikt voor het kinderfestival.

Vrijwilligers

Als vrijwilliger van Bevrijdingspop help je de stichting om het festival mogelijk te maken. We kunnen het niet vaak genoeg zeggen: zonder vrijwilligers geen festival! We verwachten dat je ons op 5 mei of een van de dagen eromheen komt helpen. Dit kan zijn door achter de bar te staan en biertjes te tappen, broodjes te smeren voor de artiesten, het opbouwen van het podium, neerzetten van tenten, of het opletten of iedereen zich wel aan de regels houdt op de dag zelf. Voor elk wat wils!

Disciplines

Als vrijwilliger val je onder de coordinator van de discipline waaronder je bent ingedeeld. Deze zal er voor zorgen dat je precies weet wanneer je wordt verwacht en wat je moet doen. Ook zal de coordinator er voor zorgen dat iedereen de tijd krijgt om ook van het festival te genieten! Deze coordinator neemt ongeveer een week voor het festival contact met je op om je helemaal op de hoogte te brengen van wat er staat te gebeuren.
