GEZOCHT: ENTHOUSIASTE STUDENTEN VOOR EEN UITDAGENDE STAGE OP MALTA


We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to assist in the execution of events from conception through to completion. Job role is very dynamic according to the needs of our clients, but includes providing outstanding customer service, distribute pertinent information to team, be a convenient and reliable resource and reference person, fulfil desk coverage and duty responsibilities as assigned.

One of the main events these candidates will focus on would be the DELTA SUMMIT

Building client contacts

We will be having some of the largest contacts in the blockchain industry attending this conference, including Binance, OKex and more. We will also be having speakers from huge companies, both internationally and locally, for example Co-Founder of Wikipedia. We also have successful partners who have also been launched, like Bloomberg as our official Media Partners, with more to be announced in the coming months.

Planning and organizing

Operations and Logistics: Responsible for the operations of the entire event, which started months ago when we were first engaged, going on to dismantling on the final day once the conference is over. This team will be responsible for communication and coordination of all suppliers, maintaining day to day running of event is on track etc.

Media Team: Responsible for the broadcasting of the event, including social media like twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook etc.

Scheduling of Agenda: The Scheduling team. This team is responsible for the scheduling of each speaker’s time slots, together with the times of the workshops with the same and other speaker’s workshops and organise workshop admin work accordingly.

This team will also work with the operations and logistics team to plan accommodation and transfers of foreign speakers.


Team efforts and meetings:

Each Team will often have meetings with leaders and/or members of other teams. A clear example is the organization of flights and accommodation for speakers.

Complaint handling:

Whilst we strive to provide the best possible experience for our attendees, we understand that in an event of 1500 people, it is unlikely not to have any complaints. We will train thoroughly, each member of our team with systems and processes being used for any department so as to be able to handle various complaints. We will also provide training on how to deal with clients on a personal basis, and also when to pass on the complaint to our leadership team.

Account planning & Analysis of accounts

Conduct pre- and post – event evaluations and report on outcomes. Given this is the first year the event is taking place, this budget tends to change from time to time. Furthermore, any time an investment is done this goes through financial analysis. By being involved in the accounting team, candidates will learn how to analyze budgets, costings and financial research/evaluations
