The Park Inn by Radisson Brussels Midi Hotel is looking for an Intern/Trainee in our Reservations Department.
We are looking for someone who has the possibility to perform an Internship in our Hotel for a minimum of 5 months.

Your main tasks during your Internship/Trainee in the F&B department will be the following: 

• Providing administrative support to the Reservations and Revenue department.
• Facilitating communication within the department, within the hotel and with third parties contacting the hotel. 
• Providing efficient, prompt, courteous, trouble-free and proactive service to customers and colleagues, hence maximizing guest satisfaction.
• Assisting the Reservations Managers and the Reservations Coordinators with their daily tasks and performing all tasks required by them

You will be responsible for many different tasks such as: 

• Ensuring a high level of customer service is consistently maintained and that a sales attitude is adopted at all times
• Maintaining and developing awareness of all sales opportunities within the hotel.
• Assisting in rate loading
• Entering and processing reservations and confirmations.
• Assisting with the preparation of various reports and documents required for optimal performance of both the Reservations and Revenue departments
• Assisting clients with all department related requests and questions and forwarding other requests to the appropriate contact
