Jouw stageplaats in de Front Office:

Jouw taken tijdens je stage. Deze kunnen aangepast worden tijdens je stage:

  • Read the news book of the reception and track written notes when needed.
  • Dealing with our guests especially when handling a complaint, consider the service standards established and delivered by the Company.
  • Check if they have enough material to work without any problem affecting the operation of the department.
  • Check list of arrival and departure time and proceed with check-ins and check-outs.
  • Group check-ins.
  • Check list of departures, stay-over’s and late check outs.
  • Prepare pre check-in, making sure to put: keys, towel cards, safe locks, hotel information, whatever else it delivered to the guest upon arrival according to the type of package you purchased.
  • Give information about the property, the services we offer and the locality of the country.
  • Meet customer requirements and monitor the program of second effort.
  • Make report of discrepancy.
  • Make changes rooms.
  • Keep your work area clean and organized
  • Send a comptroller of a well organized all documents generated during their shift and are required to audit.
  • In coordination with the Bell boys, send messages to guests and administrative offices.
  • Perform teller work:
  • Apply rates and charges incidental charge per stay
  • Staying well informed about % occupancy, guests at home, arrivals, departures, day and night activities, restaurants, services and special events.
  • Promoting sale of upgrades and specialty restaurants.
  • Comply with the verification of vouchers, tonnage of bracelets, security locks, safety, production and post-shift currency Administration.
  • Data Collection Track Customers and Loyalty Club H10. Reload attachments.
  • Report in the news blog informing colleagues and deliver turn.
  • Implement service standards implemented in the Company (Personal Presentation, Etiquette Telephone, Attitude and Customer Service, details of times of the different centres of consumption and entertainment, etc.).
  • Adhere to and respect the Working Rules of Procedure
  • Be sure and report to the Chief Ingeneering involving occupational hazards.
  • Perform your work with the security measures that apply
  • You must understand, promote and adhere to the established policy of Responsible Tourism.
  • Participate in training programs determined by the Company.
