Zowel de Grote Markt als het Centraal Station zijn op loopafstand van het hotel. Op de Grote Markt staan het 15e eeuws stadhuis en verschillende gildehuizen. Het is omringd door vele smalle, autentieke straatjes, waar in verschillende winkels het bekende chocolade en bier van Brussel worden verkocht. Ook bevinden zich daar de typische Belgische restaurants en cafés.
Jouw stageplaats:
1. Assisting the Food and Beverage Manager and the Food and Beverage Coordinator in the department’s daily tasks.
2. Facilitating communication within the department, within the hotel and with third parties contacting the hotel.
3. Providing administrative support to the F&B Administration department.
4. Providing efficient, prompt, courteous, trouble-free and proactive service to customers and colleagues, hence maximizing guest satisfaction.
5. Performing all tasks according to departmental guidelines, the departmental business plan and the Radisson BLU corporate guidelines and service concepts.
6. Ensuring all activities are performed in ways that are consistent with the Responsible Business principles of operation.
